Paul Leavy
Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
With more than 25 years of experience leading growth strategies for organizations ranging from start-ups to established enterprises, Paul is a powerful business leader who is distinguished by his focus on relationship-building and his commitment to meet customer and market demands. Most recently, Paul has served as a consultant and trusted advisor for nearly five years to GoMo Health, which offers remote engagement services to help prevent hospital readmission and support the continuum of care for patients nationwide.
Steven Leavy
VP of Business Development and Co-founder
A self-driven, entrepreneur and investor with over 20 years frontline experience pioneering the online marketing industry, Steve is a thought leader who is passionate about helping companies achieve sustainable growth and who takes great pride in trouble shooting creative, ambitious solutions. Seven years ago, Steve launched GoMo Health Senior division which offers a healthcare focused platform that connects thousands of patients and caregivers with their continuum of care. This platform was designed as a readmission reduction program to engage patients/care givers through SMS making sure they adhere to their care plan.
Joe Giroux
Investor
Joseph Giroux, is an experienced healthcare executive, with 25+ years of leadership and business development experience, Joe is a multi-disciplinary catalyst who helps teams innovate and evolve with products and services positioned for the future. Joe has held various roles as a senior executive and a founder where he has lead strategic acquisitions and has sold companies to Perot Systems and Lightbeam Healthcare. Joe is also on the Board for Cantata Healthcare and Itelagen Healthcare.
Jody Silva Falk
Business Development
With over 20 years of experience in the long-term care pharmacy field, Jody’s strengths are in growing new markets, relationship building, and connectivity among business leaders. Jody has held executive positions in the private and public sector in the pharmacy field. Jody was a key member of her once family owned and operated pharmacy, Chem Rx, which eventually grew into a public company purchased by Pharmerica, a national long-term care pharmacy.
Meredith Lenk
Chief Marketing Officer
An entrepreneurial, marketing leader with over 20 years of experience growing successful businesses by creating and executing highly effective marketing strategies, Meredith has held marketing and client services positions in the healthcare IT and service industries. Meredith was a founding partner of a Healthcare centric offsite backup company, which serviced Fortune 500 clients’ Data Centers as well as nationwide healthcare organizations. The company was acquired in 2014.
